A seasoned media executive with over 15 years of expertise spanning finance, strategy, operations, marketing and analytics across the media & entertainment vertical, Ari brings a proven success in building partner relationships that deliver on expectations while leading high performing teams by optimizing different sets of values and experience.  Ari received his B.S., with honors, from the University of Massachusetts where he was the founding member of Chancellor Scott’s groundbreaking Community, Diversity and Social Justice Committee and received his MBA in Finance from New York University

Will grew up in the world of radio making a name for himself with a unique approach to selling content that wasn't in the mainstream. He was part of the launch of some of the earliest Alternative Rock Stations in the country, spent some time in Sports Talk, but it was Will's ability to work with and re-invent the way controversial (at the time) programs like The Howard Stern Show, and The Opie & Anthony Show were sold that made him well known in the industry. He has a deep knowledge of the digital space and believes that podcasters have the ability to create the most interesting content on the planet.
